Registration is required for all conference participants. Registration for IEEE RO-MAN 2017 can be made through the registration website, or on-site at the conference registration desk.
REGISTRATION FEE
Main Conference
Registrations include the registration kit, coffee breaks, two lunches, welcome reception/dinner, conference banquet (not included in student registrations).
At least one of the authors of the accepted paper must register for the conference by June 15 June 19, 2017, so that his/her paper be included in the program and conference proceedings. After successful validation of your registration you will receive an email from registration@ro-man2017.org, which can take some time, with subject "Registration - RO-MAN 2017: Paper #___ Upload Key", containing your paper registration code which is a pre-requirement to allow paper upload in PaperPlaza.
Notice: do not forget to provide your Paper # number during the registration.
Workshops and Tutorials
Once registered for workshops and tutorials, any workshop and/or tutorial can be attended.
Workshops and/or Tutorials Invited Speakers
(the list of Invited Speakers and their corresponding Invited Technical Talks should be available at the respective W/T webpage)
- An W/T Invited Speaker who is already registered for the Main Conference does not need to pay the Workshop/Tutorial Fee.
- If you are an Invited Speaker at a W/T and you are only able to attend one-day workshops, you can contact us by email to ro-man2017@ro-man2017.org to apply for a workshop only registration.
There are different types of Workshops and so other Senior Speakers (e.g. invited speakers that participate in debates/foruns of Workshops) are also entitled to the above registration conditions.
Extra Items
Each paper requires at least one registration. Please note that one registration can only be associated to one paper. If you are a single author of a paper and have multiple accepted submissions across same or different submission categories, you will need to pay an additional charge for each additional paper (300 €). Final papers should range from 5 to 6 pages, with 2 additional pages allowed but at an extra charge (90 € per page)

Cancellation Policy
In case of cancellations on or before July 15, 2017, registration fees will be refunded after deducting the cancellation fee (80 €). Please note that all refunds will be made after the conference. After July 15, 2017, your registration fee will NOT be refunded. In any cases, if your registration is used to upload your contribution for RO-MAN 2017, your registration fee cannot be refunded.
In case of workshop and/or tutorial cancellations, the workshop/tutorial registration fee will not be refunded.
Disclaimer: The organizers of RO-MAN 2017 wish to obtain your prior understanding that we will not be held liable for any damages incurred by participants (such as participating fees, transportation expenses, lodging expenses) as a result of a partial revision or cancellation of all or any of the content of the meeting that occurs due to reasons beyond our control, such as act of providence, outbreak of an infectious disease, or suspension of services by the venue and transportation networks.
Liability and Insurance
Conference fees do not include insurance of any kind. It is strongly recommended that participants purchase their insurances in their country of origin. Organizing Institutions are not able to take any responsibility, whatsoever, for injury or damage to people or property during the meeting.
